Overview
Built a modern storefront with category browsing, search, and SEO-ready product pages to reduce paid-ads dependency and improve organic conversion.
Created an admin dashboard for product CRUD, pricing rules, stock adjustments, and order status flows so non-technical teams can operate without dev support.
Implemented a scalable checkout + payment confirmation flow using Stripe, with clear order states and failure recovery for real-world payment dropoffs.
Key Challenges:
- •Designing an order state machine that stays consistent across payment success/failure, refunds, and admin edits.
- •Handling stock updates safely during high concurrency (avoid overselling) while keeping the UI responsive.
- •Keeping performance tight on product listing pages (filters, images, caching) without sacrificing UX.
